Diving in Tenerife is great in November we have seen our first Angelsharks of the season, it is just typical three dives and 3 different Angelsharks and not a camera between us.

It was a very busy month with our PADI Instructor course and PADI IE here in Tenerife.

 

We met Ian earlier in the year but he came back for more diving in Tenerife and completed his PADI Master Scuba Diver

 

We had a very international boat on this dive to Palm Mar cave, Irish, Russian, Danish, Belgian and English

...and sitting on the other side, Russian, Irish and English, some very familiar faces and others new to Tenerife Dive.

Squatiniformes the Angelshark lives mainly on a sand or mud bottom and remains hidden waiting on its prey.The young are born live and can grow up to 2 metres in length. Mainly found in colder waters.

Enriched air diving (NITROX) is becoming more popular with divers as they become aware of the benefits of diving with a richer mix of oxygen. Agua Tenerife Diving Centre is the only British centre in the South of the island to pump Nitrox onsite.
